What's needed to convert a hack?

Well now that CA BR is realesed and I can finally play CA this came into my mind. what is the difference between a CA NA a CA EU and a CA BR hack, actually what it takes in terms of coding to use a CA NA hack work on CA EU or eeven CA BR ?

Hope you guys can come with usefull ideas and not just flaming/spamming posts.

You would have to change the addies and several other things.

Addies, pointers, etc i dont know lol

Since PTC codes are already built into engine.exe those would remain intact fairly sure

I really don't know I don't code. But, I'd say addies
