Crosshair problem. URGENT

Hello.

Now im not a bad modder. Infact, ive modded games for a very long time now and i consider my self to be very very good.

But there is one little flaw in one of my mods that is really frustrating me.

In this Quickscope mod the host is supposed to have ninja pro instead of steady aim pro. However it shows Ninja pro when i spawn, but my crosshairs are still small.

Ive gone through everything - and i assume its really simple and i just havent seen it yet!

Anyone..... Help? :(
