XUID spoofer by batfitch

Alot of my friends are talking about XUID spoofer by batfitch
But what does it do?

Every time that you start it, it will change your XUID and make you unbanned, but you need to start it every time that you open mw2 (before opening mw2)
It's better to say that it will spoof your XUID while playing mw2
