Custom Background Music

I speak for many people when I say that COBURN's "We Interrupt This Program" would be more entertaining to listen to while fragging than that Pseudo-Epic trash music that Warrock plays in-game.
Hence, my theory.

It seems sound enough, I just do not know if there would be any holes in my (albeit simple) logic.

If one cut different .mp3 files to the right length and size, and then renamed them, Warrock could be tricked into playing them instead of the default BGM.

Am I right in this thinking, or am I stupid for asking?

Im probably not the first person to think this up, But it would be a good idea.

If anyone knows if my theory works, please let me know.

p.s. Possibly, If this works, someone might be able to write a program that automatically edits mp3's so that they are compatible as Warrock BGM.

This is pretty nice idea... warrock music sucks:P But I don't have the possibilty to try it now because I reformat my computer so... no warrock for now..

i have tried this and no, you cant just change the names. they need to be formatted somehow.

the songs do not have to be the same length or size just rename them and put it into the folder, pb wouldnt check all that shit, all warrock does is pick the song thats named the proper one so like if lets say put ac dc in there sum where and like u rename it, warrock will still think its the right song and play it
