Can't Verify Nexon NX Card

I NEED HELP

Recently, my friend has jacked a few NX cards from a store, and we were trying to use the cards, but every time, it said "Invalid Card." We did a little research, and it said that the clerk actually as to activate the cards for them to work, so we wanted to know,
IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN ACTIVATE THE CARDS?

no you cant it goes in the system of the store you got them from so they are the only people that can validate them so they are pretty much worthless and a waist of your time
