Is Nexon "threating" vip creators?

I haven't hacked Combat Arms for long time now - and when I try to go to VIP CA sites they say they don't support it anymore... What happen? Like *** does not support it anymore did Nexon change the codes? I mean what happened? Can someone fill me in?
