Youtube speed adjuster?

I just realized that in setting on an embedded video there is a speed setting

what the hell, it's not on the main youtube yet (at least for me?)

Strange, every embedded video has it, but those same videos don't have it on the main youtube

It is on some youtube videos ..

Or Harlem Shake 150x slower.

Not sure what's the point of that feature =|
