Do you mean how to be banned for bumping? Well just look for an open thread in the last page of each section and post there :)
Step 1: Wait till 24 hours is over.
Step 2: Post on the thread.
Step 3: Look! Your thread magically bumped itself.
the minion will delete itself.
With every new post a thread is moved to the top of the list.
