antireport useless

i recently dicovered that u can do /report [nickname] and then ur reported so not being on the report list is useless so we need something new

Time to let the hackers find a new way xD.

But it's interesting never seen such function before..

I've known this since the beginning of ava. And its actually a good way to report noobs using opk/aimbots.
