Why did I get banned?

I was just wondering, why did I got banned? I sold what he asked for, and he didn't get banned? I didn't scam him at all, I gave what I promised. I broke the rules, I thought this was legal since everyone sells how to hack/crack at marketplace. Just explain why I got banned and why he didn't.

Reduced your ban to 7 days. You were still selling programs which is not allowed. The maximum punishment for selling any type of programs/cracks is still a permanent ban.

Selling tutorials isn't allowed. But you sold him actual programs.
