Blackshot subforum no minion nor staff maintained

this forum currently had no active minions, all new hacks pending approval, even though users might already have 2 virus scans and SS/Video to show hacks works. I request appoint a temporary minion first.

All attachments dealt with. There's no need for another minion. Sorry for the inconvenience, we should have been on top of attachments but I guess we slipped up a day.
