Ok, so i owe £202 to ebay thanks to some **** head, and i need to pay before the 7th of November, I'm 16 and earn squat, my mates earn squat likewise so borrowing moeny is not an option, also my parents are skint so yea what do i do, please help ASAP!!!!

Nowadays a lot of people are in debt, and for a lot more money. People steal from your parents when they pay taxes, and you are already in debt even before you started making some money - why should you care?
Ok to be serious now, you probably have a couple more months to return the money, 1st dates are usually just for intimidation... Like everyone else said, more advice can be given once we get more information...
