CA detecting hacks?

Ok so, I was going to log onto CA a little while ago when the game wouldn't start and PerX just stayed there saying "Injected 4/4" and after trying to shut it down, it turns out the system had been running the whole time even after I shut it down. So now when ever I try to play CA it'll load but then say there's a problem with the hack detector. Now what the hell does that mean?
I'm not using my hacks when I try to play and it just starts screwing up like that...do I have to redownload it? Please tell me I don't have to, it takes 3+ hours to download that damned game because of my Anti Virus (McAfee << piece of shit) and I don't really have that kind of time to wait around. (I actually do but I'm trying to sound busy)

How exactly is that possible? I've been using Formages and Corndogs TnT and Xhair for the past month or so and nothing has happened.
