Here's my new poem, I'm not gonna explain stuff like my last ones because I want to leave it to your own imagination but if you don't understand a part, feel free to ask and I'll answer.
We didn't choose to be born, in this world of treason
But we can choose to die, for a cause a reason
We can blindly see, with empty hollowed eyes
If the need be, from our ashes rise
When the ties that bind us, are the lies that haunt us
The only thing that defines us, is the truth that denies us
See? Pain and despair spread through the air
Contagious, infectious, say truth or dare
Truth be revealing skeletons in your closet
Dare be, wage a war against who we are
Well I, come from a place, where one can make all the difference
So I know that you can, be a better man
We didn't choose to be born, yet we choose to live
In this never-ending maze, we are, free to believe
When your way is to say, wanna live another day
You'd do anything and all you see, shades of grey
We just, don't wanna know, when it gets us low
We shut our eyes, close our minds wanting the pain to go
So let's end this debate, leave it to hands of fate
And stop asking why when answer's what you hate
Well I finding it funny that we are always running
So way away from, ourselves, what we're becoming
And now the tears are, washing us, like the rain
One has to end right here, the life or the pain
