This is ridiculous. I've only gotten positive feedback from everyone i've bought from and sold to, yet I still after a year need to wait 21 days for my money. I could understand if my account was new, but geez, this is ridiculous.
I know there used to be a way where you send a cent or two and you could use the funds, but now that isn't working. Any ideas? I sent my item out and really feel that I shouldn't have to wait 21 days to use money I earned and need sooner than that.

For me on all my items I shipped, you'll get the funds way earlier than 21 days as long as you provide a tracking # or if your buyer doesn't report a problem with their purchase.
You need to reach a certain threshold in order to get the 21-day hold removed. So sell more items, keep up your positive feedback and you'll be good.
In any case keep your head up. They do this to prevent all the fraudulent sellers from making an impact.
I would advise you call them up and inquire about it. They could give you an idea of what you need to do or how long you can expect the 21-day holds to end. Usually within 2-3 months of sales you should expect things to get better.
