this trainer is amazing.
funniest story i had with this trainer;
i played extinction with the-crow's trainer then after finish game i go for multiplayer with my clan. played 4-5 games. and one time i was host, and the trainer settings was applied in multiplayer. it works just for one guy had unlimited ammo and unlimited health. and this guy was in enemy team and killed my team and won the game alone against us. at start we thought he was hacker, then i figured out it was trainer settings applied :D

I used this, akims DLC unlocker and ginus's cheat engine table and now I can't connect to online services and think I may have a vac ban coming. This may be detected so use at your own risk.
