At which rank can a overwatcher watch you?

If you "beast" in silver, overwatchers might just think you are a smurf, if it isnt too obvious..

As long as they can report you a overwatcher can watch you.

They watch you at any rank, you can watch at either 125 or 150 wins I don't remember.

To become an overwatcher you must win over 150 MM matches and be above the rank of Nova 3, secondly once you become an OW you cannot judge higher grade matches then your skill level etc.
