New Patches and Hacks (I'm new to hacking)

So, patch 22.5.0 came out today and my current client will no longer load in, as expected.
Now I have to questions that branch off of this:

A. When/Where will the new client be released?
B. Are there any clients that do not need to be updated?

No, even the official client needs to be updated (meaning the client on realmofthemadgod.com)
