If someone could please help ill donate money make you certain amount of admin etc.. So i have been busy for while now and wanna keep the server updating and adding new things if someone could help it'd mean alot. Mainly don't wanna stop working on server but im extremely busy

You'll need upfront price, what you need added, and the source.
Donating and paying are different things.
Donating to someone or something is a free gift in which you do not request or want anything in return. Most people use Donations on Private Servers as a way to help them pay for a VPS and they give perks away as a thank you gift.
In your case, you are actually paying someone to help you
