Don't have CSGO running while using it and you should be fine but even if you do use it there is a really small chance your account could get vac banned or you could get vac banned from the game. But overall it should be safe.
I've used this program several times. Don't worry. Just don't have the game running when using this ;P
i used it last account but after 3 days god untrusted while playing i was actually using polyloader mercys glow but nobody reported that they got ban with merccys hack so i have doubt that my ban is caused by achievment hack idkk lol
untrusted means you modified something that valve's server could see (such as out of bound eye angles or some other things that i haven't really looked into such as netvars) and matchmaking anticheat banned you.
nothing to do with achievement manager. that's completely steam sided.
also you can't get a vac ban from achievement manager.
some games will get reset if you use this , also you can get csgo achievements easily by using workshop maps

used it on 60 games to unlock all possible achievements on my account. no vac, or reset on achievement.
