Omni Powers vs Power to cancel any powers?

Which would you pick and why?

Omnipowers. It's better to be proactive than to be reactive. Besides, if you have omni powers then you can use it to affect a wider spectrum of people. But if you just cancel powers, then you can only really deal with super people.
