find cl_mouseaccel change the number to 0.

Confirmed works and does fix the ultra bad stuttering. Before hand I was getting 30 fps when I activated 'unlocked' I shot back to 65 FPS.

We can't import maps from other engine CoD's ffs. Why does everyone think that? Nuketown was imported from COD:OL get it right. More maps are planned for later but not for now.
