Outdated now, as new update came out a week after this was posted.

This is now outdated, Unturned was hot-patched, the mythical vampire cape was a wrong coding, and nelson fixed it.

Press ESC and then open the menu.

It highlights the items with ESP. For example, if you drop a Hell's Fury, it will have a purple outlining around it, kind of like how cars are.
