I have legit have no idea what these "out-going" connections are you are trying to promote man. I have even used wire-shark and a few monitoring programs to see if there was any outgoing connections...

I had created a post a few days ago. Already had 8 thanks before it was even approved. Then I log in and get a "Your thread was deleted" message. The reason I was given was "Outside connections"...
