So you don't want backlighting but you want light coming from keys on the keyboard? Also you said you don't want a mechanical keyboard and want it to be quiet, yet @Andrew Müller has recommended a mechanical keyboard with red switches that are notorious for being noisy due to bottoming out all the time.

Also I wouldn't recommend a gaming headset, especially if you have money to cover "anything". Youd' be far better off getting a proper pair of headphones (such as AD700x's, M50's, K612's or Q701's) and then buying either an Ant Lion ModMic or a decent USB desktop mic.

Well in terms of sound gaming headsets pale in comparison to examples I gave.
