Add option to download unapproved hacks

This would be a nice feature to have if I know that the uploader is trustworthy. Add a warning before download stating it is unapproved and say it may contain viruses, but still allow us to download if we tick a box or click another box stating we understand the danger. I would be happy simply letting my AV do the work to find viruses if i trust the uploader.
As an added bonus for you guys, you wont have to give as many infractions for people begging for approval.

Edit: Based off responses, the best idea would be to allow only regular, trusted users to be able to apply to have all their published hacks downloadable without approval. However, there should still be a warning that it may contain viruses.

We need to keep MPGH safe. Many people make hacks, viruses, keyloggers etc and part of the rights of being an MPGH user is to freely use the hacks under safety.

I understand the approval system, it would just be nice to be able to download hacks without approval, if there are warnings in place that the file may be infected. Or the other option is to only allow it from approved people (regular users can apply to have their files downloadable without approval). This will be useful for downloading hacks of a trusted author who I know will probably be virus free.

Approval system is to protect users from viruses, even trusted uploaders can go rouge and sneak things into later releases. Even if there is a warning download at your own risk I feel it's better to leave the approval system as is.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this is not going to be done. The approval system was put in for a reason, and that reason is to protect users. Nothing is going to over rule that.
