lol, I hate bad days too.
Fortunately for me I almost never get them. I play consistently (meaning I play slightly above average, but all the time), but probably gonna get several bad days just for saying that lol 
Anyway, on my legit account I'm SSG2 with a KDR of 1.56, so I can't see 1.07 as very high

Hacks may and may not make you a good player. It depends on the type of hack and on the person. If you're an opker there's no way that will make u a better legit player. But, tag hack and chamms will because as most people mentioned, you know the best hiding/camping spots used by the enemy.
So this is an iffy topic.
