Hello I'm motivated to get fit once more time so I'm hoping someone can tell me where can I find cracked version of insanity , six pack shortcut or etc programs.
Also have little request is 80kg for 6 foot tall 15yearold alright? Ps I'm quite muscular as I used to go gym have tight muscle moreover now i can feel fats over my chest and stomach

No gym shit man . All the chavs in my school go gym those shit people who lift 5 kg
Here is what I am going to do.
1.)I am joining taekwondo with couple friends to build up body strength and get self defense moves (2-3 times a week)
2.)I am going to join gym and go 2-3 times a week and just do various body fat reducer workouts.
3.)I will lose all oily,fat,junk food.
Why haven't I already done this?
The reason is because I live in a Indian family and I cannot do any off this until I go off to live in college and CAN do all this.
You guys are a bunch of fatties.

I have almost the exact same figures as you, but I'm 16. Seriously man these commercial workout guides are bullshit IMO, it's just about working hard.
I only do calisthenics (push-ups, pull-ups, dips, cardio etc...) but I rotate daily and people still consider me to be muscular.
The key is to avoid psychological excuses - I didn't have access to any gym, and for ages I put off any exercise because of that, but you don't even need a gym in reality.
