That is Windows XP, I don't know why you would add a hook for an outdated menu,
and even in performance mode, you would still have the standard 'Windows' icon.

Yea and thanks to this patch, Windowed mode is now broken when playing in fullscreen cause it shows the top bar and cuts off the bottom.
