Questions about thread creation!

Hello, I'm new to this site and I see that amongst other things... "outside linking" is prohibited. But I need to insert an image on my thread and seems I can't due to this rule..What's going on? Is there a legitimate way to do that? Also in what way can/should I add a skype button for other members to click on and be 100% sure they added me and not an impersonator?

You can add an image to your thread. As long as that image is not promoting another website.
As for the Skype part, in your settings you can add your skype so that people can contact you.

I see that you have a link though below your reply with your skype that I can click on and add you, what's the command exactly?
