I dont think they would IP block him from the game, I just think they would block him access to NA servers

No, actually there's an IP block. I was trying to help someone in Germany play on a NA account, but when they downloaded the launcher and tried to launch game, it said that this game is not available in your region or something like that.

Alright, thanks for letting me know, so I guess I cant sell my Accounts to EU players unless I include a disclaimer saying they have to use a VPN

I'm in NA but downloaded EU version of game because it's less glitchy of a launch. Because I start with EU version I can't use NA account. So if someone is EU have them download NA version from the NA nexon website and run it.
