Once you got the basics, move on to studying the language. You'll make less mistakes.
I watched Breaking Bad and The Big Bang Theory in English. I usually watching anime with russian subs, because russian is my mother tongue. I will try to watch some anime with eng subs.
I read manga Yamada-kun to 7-nin no majo in English.

Unless you buck down and study real hard using the old media, aka. BOOKS, then you'll have to either go to school or try online.
Currently, your best options for learning online is DUO-FUCKING-LINGO.

What else can you want, they're teaching you for FREE, makes a game out of it and reminds you when to study. (If you're using the phone).
You can practice everywhere and it's available on basically all the necessary platforms.
So you can't blame anything other than you're inability if you're not able to study with this tool.

    Just go duolingo.
    Website
    Google Play
    iTunes

Or if you're adventurous, buy a ticket to another country and learn the language first hand.

I passed estonian language exam on B1, 71/100 points. I don't use it so much. Maybe because I'm living in Tallinn, Lasnamäe.

Most important thing is to apply the language you are trying to learn, in everyday communication.
Without application, learning it is useless, you will take forever.
Try to speak it with someone that knows the language more fluently, every day.

Well I live at Estonia too and Võru, even then I speak it less frequently only time I use it is when I speak to my parents and my friends (who are from Estonia) other than that no. English is my mother tongue now since I use it SO often.

The best way to learn is to get the basic skills, then keep talking to any English people you know. Maybe visit the UK for a week to try and assimilate.

Learning a language, especially English can be done via multiple sources now-a-days. How they stack up to your requirements, I do not know so I wont speak on that. That being said, unless you use your newly learned language frequently, you aren't going to retain it unless you have the mind for it. Easily enough for you, there is a ton of English literature and media that you can always utilize. Take it from Gab (whom we taught English), better practice it else you're gonna be speaking BR.

I have another tip for you if you want to mostly unknowingly train without actually thinking about it.
Switch your games to that language, use subtitles, read and listen.

I am self-taught when it comes to English, I know it's by no means perfect, but I learned it as a child by watching TV, playing video games and listening to music.
    Music + Lyrics
    Movies/TV + Subtitles.
    Games + General Dialogue Subtitles.

Which is also why I recommended duolingo, because it makes it repetitive without being boring and turns it into a game.

Yeah, that's how I learned English, I self-taught myself too when it comes to English, and I know as-well its by no means perfect...

English is a hard-enough language to learn, nobody masters it because there's so much to learn.
