And don't you think that most of the people using Windows because we can pirate stuff? They won't spy on you. All these data is randomly sent and picked up by Microsoft to make the experience better for all users. For example, They make Cortana to look like a citizen in your country such as behaving like your citizens, etc..

People freak out over every little thing what comes out for Windows.. And Microsoft may not leak anything but hackers will if Microsoft has a security flaw.
