You really think it's that easy to DDOS a deepweb site? If it was so easy, the site wouldn't even be up. Reporting it to the FBI/NSA/Whatever doesn't mean shit because they obviously already know about it. Ordinary DDOS attacks that work on the clearweb don't work on the deepweb, for obvious reasons. Think about it like this, Lizard Squad was able to shut down places like Sony and even an entire country like North Korea. When they tried to launch the same attack on the deepweb, they didn't do shit. They only managed to control 0.2743% of the network and gave up. The government can't DDOS the site directly, they have to DDOS the deepweb itself. This would face huge backlash considering there's a sizable sum of people who use Tor in a good way. So the government has to try it's very best to trace down the individual servers that're hosting illegal content, and by the time they finally manage to do this several more sites hosting CP will show up. Same with drugs, guns or really anything.

tl;dr - You can't do anything and the government can't do anything.

I agree with most of the people in this thread. There's nothing you can do about it. The core of the site is held in a backup somewhere most likely along with the postings. Shut it down and it's coming back, and you're on a hitlist.
Get off the deep web if you can't handle it. It's not for everyone.

Be Oliver Queen, get felicity to track the origins - that may be hard but this is felicity we are talkin about, then just go up in there with an eletric arrow like merlyn did with unidac industries, fry their computers, and take them all out by shooting their knees. If you feel nice, tie them up and bring them to the cops, otherwise you can just call the cops after everything happened.... why not call the cops when you find out where they are in the first place you might ask? Most people who venture to the deep web usually don't know where to go. From experience when I didn't know where to go when I first got on Tor I just searched up "Onion Links". These search results brought pages upon pages of random working onion link sites. These sites are covered in urls. That's it. A page full of urls.
So honestly, it is very easy to accidentally visit a CP site. Most of the links on these pages are unlabelled so you have no idea what it is until you click on it.
