[HISTORIC] U.S Court Finds NSA's Spying Violated Americans' Rights

A U.S. judge ruled that the NSA's spying violated Americans' rights AND they denied a request to delay the case even further.

Richard Leon ruled that the NSA must cease collecting the defendants’ information. Leon said he believed it was “substantially likely” that “the program is unlawful”, and that in that event, “the plaintiffs have suffered concrete harm traceable to the challenged program”.

The decision is under review and the NSA has been forced to stop collecting data.

On-topic: Honestly I think this should've happened way sooner then it did. My understanding of what the American Goverment was, is and has been doing for many many years now would be considered outside their boundaries. I'm not an American myself so I can't say much about what actually is going on but my viewpoint on it as an outsider just makes it seem like have always had one foot outside their jurisdiction.

Whether they're told to stop or continue won't matter to them I believe. They will just make the argument that its for national security and will keep monitoring everything in secrecy. America has an imperialistic desire to always dominate. So that information is vital for them, but at the cost of the citizens privacy.

Bi is something that identifies "Both" or "Two" so basically if most people start accepting non-binary genders as official genders in their countries then Bi won't be the solution for all.
