Hi , today i had the same problem and i was looking for answers , here i go :

- there are old and new (w8/w10) official updates and their respective "update and no dvd patches" that is why it doesnt works correctly in w8/w10

most torrents are old versions cus their old upload or uploading it with no knowledge about the situation XDD

solution : go to 3rd eye official page , look at the red words in the left and click the 2015/07/24 support link 「修正パッチファイルver1.01」 this , then just download the update ( the last one for bloody rondo ) it is in a fckng troll pink color right to 3rdEye公式サイト (45mb) , now im looking for its No DVD patch .

ah, it is the same for Shinigami no testament but make sure u have the original iso not the dummy version cus u will get the "program size error" , i got this game from a mega host like bloody rondo but with their old patches . hope this help you guys and srry for my engrish xD

But he actually told the truth.
To play this game you need to install game on PC, not just unpack a folder with files, place crack, install patch, replace crack, run - if doesnt' work, switch to japanese locale + admin and run.

Warning: There is no translation for english, fanmade or official, so unless you know japanese, forget about this game.

P.S: I'm back even though I failed my exams, gonna try a last time (last chance) but still predict I fail 2/3 remaining subjects).

ugh I have Exams too I've only taken math and Poems So far,
I predict I get a perfect score on the math test but not sure about the poem thingy :/
