Some people really need to open their eyes and look at the posting dates of threads these hacks are outdated after the last MW2 patch so no it does not work.

Still works, you need to delete the eam file that comes with the 2 playerstats files, I can't think of the name of it off the top of my head but I'm sure you guys can work it out.

Yes it is outdated. MW2 got an update and the lobby voice chat was removed.
This was part of the exploit liberation seemed to use
