Edit: i think i know when the pub's coming out
its coming out the 23rd because i put the poll to close on the 12th but it now says it's open till the 23rd
so i think a mod or minion increased the date when the polls closing meaning its coming out the 23rd

On topic I'm pretty sure they're just waiting for the next patch. What's done is done and what's coded is coded. That much I'm fairly certain of. There's probably some minute detail that needs to be worked out.
