Strength for sure. Speed is for running away, strength is to actually hurt them.
I'd go for Strength over Speed
I'm Still young. Still growing. Still fucking up. Still perfecting myself.

People are assuming that speed = instant ability to move around your opponents and the field quickly and get to certain spots quickly.
Wrong.
Here's where speed vs strength comes into play.
Think body systems and not actual strategy. You have adrenaline for a reason. Regular men lift cars under adrenaline, so in a death fight, how's the strong one going to react? Of course, now the speedy one will have adrenaline as well, but they'll make less use of it as it'll mostly just allow them to get stronger and faster as opposed to being able to dodge. Under adrenaline you become less focused and more reckless as well, so you're not going to be calm and concise as a speed-type. Ever.
Strong would win, they aren't slow ass brutes that get smacked.
Think of it this way: You've all been through high school, if you've played or seen a sport, you see the guys on the field, they all go to weight training. I do too myself. You get faster and stronger as you get bigger. Being small doesn't relatively mean you're 'fast', just means you're able to evade things easier. If a strong person attacks a weak, agile person, the strong person will knock their ass out.
In that case, fast doesn't mean 'small' either, fast can mean relatively built but still able to get around quick. However, yet again, strong brute-like people will still be able to charge at more than fucking 5 miles per hour, they can rush pretty damn hard, and relatively agile at that.
Strong wins.
