no they cant. but i believe you need a screenshot blocker so punkbuster does not see it

The answer is no, they cannot see the boxes. The reason is because the code in the hack calls your graphics card to draw the DirectX3d objects on top of the Call of Duty game that is running. When spectators or other players view your kill cam, they only see what the Treyarch server sends to their PC. They can, however, see if an aimbot or no-recoil feature is enabled. I saw where
