Personally, no. Although, I have had close friends / family that have.

Desk jobs are usually terrible from what I've been told, unless you're doing something you're passionate about, of course.

Well unless you're doing something like editing Photographs, Graphic Design, Web Design, or maybe you're a scientist.. Just have to be passionate.
