General
One of the many basic ways is by opening up the task manager and look at the "Network" Column and see what application is receiving/sending/using any internet data, if there is someting unusual in there its the source, (E.g if you see MsPaint using 10% of the Network, you should know that its a fake file and is a rat)

How can i see if im rated because i downloaded some shit with malware on it and everyone was like infected! rat etc.. but i searched up my pc and deleted all viruses so its gone or what to do so i can see if im still rated?

I dont know what you mean about Network Column i dont have anything like that here it can be cuz i have Windows 10?

As the others have mentioned you may be able to spot unusual network activity using Resource Monitor. What tools have you used so far in attempt in removing the RAT?
