It's only reading memory so VAC isn't a problem.
TAC screenshots some overlays but if you don't play obvious and don't get reported you shouldn't get banned,
because they dont check every screenie & they don't always take screenshots.

i downloaded all c++ versions
even puted dlls on folder same thing + i open it as admin
