You can't patch something that doesn't affect the game directly.
It's just that the e-mail host decided to kill it.

This can easily be patched by the fileserver he uses, unless he has his own dedicated server running his own e-mail server. I have no idea what happened to mine. Guess they did not like them because there was to many released and getting old. Oh well Good luck on making V2 :P (That is if you want to)

I haven't tested this as I no need to use it, but it just seems to be an email spoofer forcing the email to be from verify@nexon.net right?

See, you can't get replies to the emails there so you won't be getting any replies, you can send messages but not receiive unless you used a real registered domain and emailed like that say register nexon-usa.net or anything not registered like nex0n.net and try to trick people by emailing them from those domains or etc.

How does this program scam people is my question?

ANyways you are beter off using one of many of email bombers/spoofers/tools so you can use any web mail host, send as many copies or bomb or even sms bomb their cell fone, as well as spoof any email address and the headers so you can email from Barack@whitehouse.gov, or etc. heh.
