1. Naruto
2. One Piece
3. Dragon ball
Can't really rate most of dragon ball because I haven't seen it
And I'm super biased towards naruto but this is how I feel.

One Piece is clearly the best. DBZ is just DBZ and its almost impossible to read a volume of Naruto without plot holes on plot holes.
