OP, report him to the scammer grave, also, since he filed an "Unauthorized Payment" he also probably used the same ip when doing the payment, so you're definitely gonna win :P

He could have had a Dynamic IP, meaning it probably changes when you turn router off and on, or he just charged back at local library or something, IDK. Good luck OP, I recently did a chargeback on someone (For an IRL Issue) and they asked me to fill out a statutory declaration (Pain in the ass, have to talk to an officer or bank clerk or w/e), you could try searching something similar for where you live and ask him to sign it because paypal will enforce it.

OT: If the payment was 2 months ago, you're most likely going to win, considering even if something happened to the product you sold (I think it was an account you said) it would be his fault (which gives him 100% NO right to charge back), not yours, considering theres nothing you could have done 2 months ago causing the account to not work/get banned/whatever all of a sudden now.
