So I didn't recieve any email except the confirmation, and also the process is that we did the trade, then I told him that I am out of stock so I said I could refund it, he was okay and I did, but after I checking it, I was sure my money shall have been 108.61

I see now. You should be getting to see '108,61' on your final balance instead of '99,61.' Your best bet is to call PayPal about this situation, most of the times calling is more efficient than emailing them. Weird, never seen this before.
