Best Laptop for Minor Gaming?

Hey guys, so with Christmas soon theres a family member I wanted to give a gift to.
My little bro has been getting into some decent games and his current laptop is crap.
He doesn't have space in his room (or frankly anywhere) for an actual computer build.
Willing to spend around 600$ and I might refund it.
Looking for a windows computer that can handle some decent games, you guys got any suggestions for where to buy and what to look for?
Not sure if this goes into the tech section because I'm not really building anything.

that is the best one you can get right now, good CPU and GPU for the price point, it also comes with a 256gb SSD which will make games and windows load faster, and if you need extra storage, you still have another $60 to buy a 1tb HDD

I currently have an ASUS F55C

It runs fine with games like CS:GO etc. It isn't my main computer but I use it much more often than my computer build simply because it is mobile.

Comes with 4GB ram but I upgraded to 8GB from purchasing another 4GB ram chip
