For 2 packages-
I have few customers who are already paying 10% if order have 2 packages. And If he agree to pay 20% i think its not fair that i have to pay back.. he sent me 145 usd so i can refund him 10$ because 15% of 900 is 135. 10% for replacement and 5% for half refund. I think its really unfair against me that he agreed to pay me that much

So you haven't complete the full order. Why should I pay you the premium. I could of went to anyone else in this furum to do the same order for the same price Of 10%. I expected it to be done in a timely manner and I trusted you. (Even payed you first). You took advantage of that, didn't finish the order. I wasn't going to post this. But you seem like you are not even remorseful. Which means to me, You did this on purpose. ( taking my money to go on vacation, knowing the job couldn't be done) and only made things right because you don't want to be banned permanently. I will never ever do business with you again. You even threatened me. How can anyone trust you with their info in the future. I know if I go this route you might be permanently banned and I wont get nothing back with you harassing me( in your ways). But Idc.

Do what's right. Either man up and finish the order like you agree. Or pay back my money 67.5. 7.5% for a half double dipped order. ( 10 percent double dipped -2.5% for half done job).

This is what youre going to do.

Finish the order with the same initial agreed terms or refund him. I dont want to see any more unexpected additional percentages added on. Finish what you started or refund him.
