    If I was going to murder someone, I'd probably inject air into their vein with a syringe.

    go to a meat recycling plant and toss the guy in the grinder. no one ever pays attention as to what goes in....later the guy tossed in the grinder will become animal feed, "saw on the discovery channel"

    But seriously, it's the greatest way to kill someone.The air would cause air embolism and most likely cause cellular death. Very hard to track a needle point in someone's skin.

    You'd need a whole syringe of air for it to be effective however.
    Air takes up space and in an enclosed area, like a blood vessel it can get lodged and can prevent blood getting past it.

    Could give them a shot of a "little" bit of insulin. Put them in a coma, since we're dwelling on needles now.

    Well, if you were able to get it in the heart, those vessels in there are small as hell as it is. Get a clot in there and it looks like a heart attack.

    Yes, exactly.
    So without any suspicion involved, you're more then likely to get away with it.
    Even if they did rule it a homicide, how would they trace anything back to you?
